Description

Recorded as the title piece on Sky Blue, this is a slow ballad that I wrote in memory of a dear friend named Kate Sullivan. It was commissioned by Hunter College and was premiered by my own orchestra in June 2004. The recording features Steve Wilson on soprano sax, and it's a favorite of our audiences.
