SKY BLUE wins GRAMMY AWARD for 'Cerulean Skies'
7/24/2008 12:40:23 PM - 'Cerulean Skies' was awarded Best Instrumental Composition at Sunday's Grammy Awards ceremony. I wish to share it with all the great people who brought this piece to life: Peter Sellars and the New Crowned Hope Festival who commissioned it, engineer (Joe Ferla), assistants and co-producer (Ryan Truesdell-who worked himself to the bone for the record), my wonderful orchestra who made this difficult piece sound so effortless, and of course all of you who have participated, thereby making all of this possible. I thank you!
